We already mentioned earlier that one can start making money blogging. It is a well-known fact that if you have good and unique content, you can make money blogging. Creating a blog can be a complicated process. Many places online show various different steps, which can be confusing for newbie bloggers.

Domain and Website Hosting
Once you identify your domain name, you need to get your domain registered and buy website hosting. There are some websites hosting portals that offer you one-year domain name free, for example, Bluehost.

Choose Template, Plugins, and Layout
Once you choose your hosting service, it will let you go directly to your WordPress setting page. Here you can select a layout, install plugins and templates. WordPress provides some templates and layouts pre-installed. You can install more from the selection or download it from the net and upload it to your site.
Plugins are something that helps you create better content with ease. For example, there are plugins through which you can draw tables easily in your posts. Choose all the plugins you want and install them. Each plugin has its own setting menu as well.
Content Content Content
Now here is the most important step of the process. Create content for your blog. A blog or website is nothing if you can not provide good content for it. Do not copy and take ideas from anywhere. Try to create your own unique content. It takes time and effort to create unique content but it pays in the long run. Make sure to add lots of related pictures. Make it interactive with some surveys, questionaries, etc.
Promote Your Blog
Once we have some content created already created, it is time to promote the blog. Without promotion, your blog may show some good ranking if there is some nice content but promotion can only make it better. You can either do free promotion or pay for promotion. Free promotion is when you promote your blog or articles via social media and other platforms. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube are very popular social media websites where you can promote your site for free. There are other ways one can pay for dedicated promotions such as Google Adwords and Facebook ads. Make sure you utilize the free means first before you pay for promotion.
Monetize Blog
Once a blog has good content and fetching enough traffic, it is time to monetize the blog. There are many ways to do so but most effective is Google Adsense and affiliate marketing. You need to apply for google AdSense for your website, once it is approved, you can place ads on your website and start making money.
Affiliate marketing is when you affiliate your site with some products and promote them from your website. As your readers purchase their product through your website, you get some commission. There is some other type of ads as well which pay you for the clicks. On a certain amount of click, you get some money as decided for the ads.
